IYou will be assigned a team of 5 mentees whose career goals and interests align with your accomplishments and industry knowledge. The goal is for mentors to guide their team down the path to success and help them build their professional networks.
Expectations:
- Attend conference August 26-28 (travel will be covered)
- Each day, there will be an opportunity to bond with your team of mentees, both individually and as a group.
- We will have a few speaker panels in which you may be asked to participate.
- We will send more details about team sessions, daily content, etc. as we near the event.
- Monthly check-ins with your team.
- You will be able to customize these check-ins based on how your mentees communicate the best. Options include zoom, phone call, email, texts, etc.
- We will lay out goal planning processes at the conference. These monthly check-ins will keep your team engaged in the program while also helping them stay focused on goal progress.
- We will send monthly prompts for your check-ins to ensure each conversation is motivating and meaningful.
- The Unbridled Facebook Group
- All program attendees, mentors and speakers will be added to the Private Facebook Group. This group will serve to maintain the momentum we create at the conference. We will post motivating content, links to free printables, and invite the mentors to contribute meaningful content. Additionally, we will feature a live session from a relevant, influential person each month.
While this isn’t a paid opportunity, it is one that we know will be highly rewarding. We also realize this is a large time commitment over the next year.
