You’ll have the chance to hear from rural industry icons who have been there and done it. These path-pavers will leave you filled with information and motivation to help you take your goals to the next level.
We thrive when we surround ourselves with people who inspire us. At the Unbridled Conference and throughout the Unbridled Mentorship Program, we will match you with a group of like-minded rural business women from across the country.
The conference will take place August 26-28, 2022 at the National Ranching Heritage Center in Lubbock, Texas.
Only 50 women will have the opportunity to participate in the inaugural Unbridled Conference and Mentorship Program. After submitting your application, we will reach out to schedule a phone interview.
Upon completion of the Unbridled Conference, you will start your journey on the one-year mentorship program in which we help you get closer to your dreams of success. Sound intimidating? Don’t worry! We will be right along side you, helping you check every box and holding you accountable along the way.
At the conference, you’ll visit with your mentor about ideal forms of communication and what time of day/month is best for your monthly check-in. Your mentor will set up a call with you each month to provide advice and encouragement as you utilize the tools you gained at the conference and reach monthly milestones. Each month, your mentor with prompt you with a new self improvement goal, keeping you motivated to be better. These monthly check-ins are meant to hold you accountable to your goals, keep you motivated, and most importantly, help you feel supported.
Plus, we’re bringing you TONS of content catered directly to YOUR GOALS! After you apply for the program, you’ll go through a brief phone call with someone from our leadership team. In this call, we’ll learn more about what you hope to gain from the program. Your answers will help us personalize the program and conference to you.
